Hallo Werner — Restaurant in Augsburg

The employees and the boss are extremely rude. First, they refused to recognise that we paid correctly for 2 people, and then, later, they started abusing us, just because one of the girls was feeling unwell and wanted to sit down on the stairs. I was totally shocked by the treatment handed out to us by the owner of the place, especially when he started asking us, "How much did you spend? Oh, is that all, then I don't care, you can leave." Which is when the security guards started calling names and getting aggressive, after which, we threatened police action.

I wouldn't recommend such an unpleasant place, where customers seem to be treated so rashly, that we had to threaten police action.

And the music in the disco...

Really bad mannered and incapable owner; stupid bouncers with brains of the size of a nut, not able to count money and threatening street fights for this. A girl was outside feeling bad and the owner asked to leave because the place in front of the bar "is not a theater". Absolutely no respect for customers! After what I saw last night, never again in this place!!!

After the discussion with the bouncers the owner apologized to us with middle finger.

Out of this, nice place with really bad dancefloor and horrible...

Wurde mit der Erklärung, dass ich eine gelbe Jogginghose anhabe nicht reingelassen. Ja es war eine gelbe Stoffhose. Nicht sicher warum das schlimm ist. Die Türsteher verhielten sich auf jedenfall so als ob ich gerade jemanden abgestochen hätte. Dachte zuerst, dass es ein Witz war. Hat sich herausgestellt, dass die echt was gegen gelbe Stoffhosen haben. Falls ihr es aus irgendeinem Grund wagen solltet gelbe Kleidungsstücke anzuziehen schleicht euch unbemerkt an den Türstehern vorbei. Hallo Werner ist jetz elit geworden. Eigentlich Schade, da ich mich letztes Jahr mit einem anderen Türsteher dort sehr gut verstanden habe. Naja die Zeiten ändern sich. EDIT: Da man bei Google Reviews nicht auf Antworten vom Inhaber antworten kann muss ich stattdessen eben mein Review bearbeiten. Die ganze Sache hat sich am Donnerstag so gegen 23:00 Uhr ereignet. Wenn ihr mir nicht glaubt könnt ihr ja auch gern die Mädels die den Eintritt kassiert haben fragen. Ich persönlich fand die Türsteher nicht so "nice". Kam mir so vor als ob denen langweilig war und die Streit...
