One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! Why? Because I loved everything from the seating arrangement (the gap between the dining table and me was perfect), and the food was excellent!! The servers were very polite and friendly people. 😄 The ambience is charming and classy. We had Schäufele and Schweinebraten in Biersöße. Then we saw our server carrying a jar full of strawberry 🍓 juice and talked to him. He said it’s in-house fermented strawberry brew (alcohol free). It was slightly sour and yeasty but also sweet. Update: went again today on a Sunday. We didn't have a reservation but were seated without delay, even though our group was 7 people. The food and service were great. We were surprised to see REALLY good alkoholfrei beers on the menu as well which were great. This place is still a must see when in Bayreuth.

Was worried I'd need a reservation but had no wait for a table of 6 on a Saturday afternoon. Big tables, very chill atmosphere. They had a place to park my stroller and menus in English which saved time. The bathrooms are super nice and clean.
