Miss Vietnam — Restaurant in Bayreuth

Unfortunetly a terrible experience. I ordered a plate that was not indicated as spicy, then as it came I realized it was actually very spicy(more than usual for vietnamese restaurants). I tried to eat but it was too spicy for me! My friend who had the same sauce said indeed mine was more spicy. I really tried to eat the food but I couldnt. I informed the waitress which was sweet and offered me to choose another plate. But then she came back with a man that told me i had to eat the spicy food or order another. I felt very uncomfortable and frustrated by the lack of profissionalism. Then another nice lady came to try to make things better and offered me to just change the sauce in my plate. Due to my stress I was not interested in eating anymore and just gave my plate to my friend. I was very frustated because I never ask to change plates or things like that, but the lack of profissionalism was very stressful! The women should be in charge of taking care of the clients because that men didnt show any...

Ich kann Miss Vietnam nur empfehlen es ist ein super schöner Ort zum Essen gehen.

Miss Vietnam ist ein kleines aber feines Restaurant des in einer kleinen Gasse von Bayreuth versteckt ist. Der eingangs Bereich ist sehr schön den man muss durch einen kleinen Vorhang gehen. Wen man dann rein geht in den Eingang geht man in ein Wunderschönes Vietnamesisches Restaurant. Die Einrichtung im Restaurant ist so schön gemacht bis ins kleinste Detail der Wahnsinn. Ich war gleich in dieses Restaurant verliebt weil es so schön ausgesehen hat und für mich sehr ansprechend war. Auch der Service ist sehr freundlich man wird herzlichst begrüßt und gefragt wie viele Personen man ist und dann wird einem ein Tisch gezeigt. Dann wen man es sich gemütlich gemacht hat bekommt man die Speisekarte und darf gleich ein Getränk bestellen. Ich war wirklich begeistert was es alles für Gerichte gibt von Vorspeise Hauptgericht und Dessert. Das Essen angebot ist der Wahnsinn und einfach nur lecker. Wen man sich dann entschieden hat für ein Gericht kann man es bei der Kellnerin bestellen und sie nimmt es sehr freundlich auf. Und das schönste ist nach nicht mal 10 Minuten bekommt man sein Gericht was man bestellt hat und man sieht einfach wie frisch alles zubereitet wurde. Der Geschmack ist der Wahnsinn. Es schmeckt alles so gut bis in das letzte Detail. Da läuft einen das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Was ich auch sehr schön finde ist das man während dem Essen auch mal gefragt wird ob alles okay ist oder ob man noch etwas braucht. Das ist für mich ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Wen man fertig ist mit Essen wird man gefragt ob alles gut war, was auch wirklich schön ist. Man kann dort wirklich noch eine Weile verweilen nach dem essen weil es einfach so schön dort ist. Die Bezahlung geht sehr schnell Wen man bezahlen möchte was auch schön ist. Wen man dann bezahlt hat und auf dem weg ist das Restaurant zu verlassen wird man noch herzlichst verabschiedet was auch ein Pluspunkt ist.

Also ich kann sagen das ich das Miss Vietnam nur von Herzen empfehlen kann. Man kann wirklich sehr lecker essen und es ist ein kleines feines Vietnamesisches Restaurant.

very angry about this restaurant service, all the time felt the Microaggression, maybe because of our nationality or skin color? Because we were treated differently from the foreign outlooks people somehow.(no offense to these people, just don’t support this different treatment) At the last we were counting our money and the waitress said “I have no more time” ?? No way for digital payment only CASH😅🙃 And still no time to wait for guests to pay? We were not taking too much time and the restaurant was not busy at all!!! By the way, I had diarrhea soon☹️not sure if that because of the food...
