I do not know where to start as I am still shocked from the rudeness of the staff. My wife and I went there to order two pizzas (takeaway) after a long day of travel. First problem : no payment by card is possible, only cash. Ok no problem, that seems to be common for lot of small businesses. We paid cash and left a tip for the waitress, who did not even bother herself to give us a smile in return. We were asked to wait for 30mn so we went for a walk and came back as agreed to pick our pizzas. No surprise, they were not ready yet, and we had to wait for an additional 10-15mn. No problem, we waited as required. Our pizzas arrived and the owner brought them to us, I asked him gently if we could have also some spicy sauce to take with us. At this moment, I do not understand the reaction of the owner, yelling at us that we should have said this before and that this costs additional money ! First thing : very unprofessional reaction from the old man, treating customers like s* (if you read the other comments, you will understand that we are not the only ones complaining about this behavior). He seems to forget that we (customers) are his unique source of revenue and that he should show some respect not only because we are customers, but because we are humans. Second thing, when in the world has any sauce costed additional money ??? OMG I cannot believe this. When reading the other ratings I saw that they even charged people for the Parmesan ... No comment ... Finally, the product itself : the pizza. Really nothing special about it, we ate a frutti di mare pizza and I can confirm that it is a very normal pizza, not worth the prices they are applying. Summary: very unfriendly, rude and impolite staff. Regardless of the food, this is unacceptable and I did not want to make a scene because my wife was with me. Very unprofessional and it even cuts your appetite. Angry people like the owner do not deserve to manage a business in the restauration. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, you will just lose your money but above all, get angry and frustrated. If I could put 0 stars, I would do it...

An Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten! Ich habe telefonisch eines der beiden Farfalle-Gerichte bestellt (laut Karte "Farfalle mit Brokkoli in Gorgonzolasauce", um es am Telefon einfacher zu machen sagte ich einfach "Farfalle mit Gorgonzolasauce", das zweite Farfalle-Gericht enthält übrigens keine Gorgonzolasauce!) und mich dabei bereits gewundert, wieso ich gefragt werde, ob es mit Schinken sein solle, denn die Gorgonzolasauce wäre immer mit Schinken. Nein, sollte es nicht, stand ja so auch nicht in der Karte. Sehr merkwürdig. Beim Abholen freundlich lächelnd geduldig gewartet, bis ich plötzlich unhöflichst nahezu gemaßregelt werde, ich müsse warten, man hätte keine Zeit. Irgendwann hatte man dann Zeit, das vorbestellte Essen war auch schon fertig. "Die Tagliatelle in Gorgonzolasauce." Wie bitte, ich habe Farfalle bestellt?! Mit Brokkoli in Gorgonzolasauce, wie es auf der Karte steht! "Wir haben nur ein Gericht mit Farfalle und das ist nicht mit Gorgonzola!" Doch, ihr habt ZWEI Gerichte mit Farfalle, eines davon... "WIR HABEN NUR EIN GERICHT MIT FARFALLE!" Schlägt die Karte auf, schlägt die Karte wieder zu. "Ihr Gericht enthält alles, was Sie bestellt haben, macht €11!" Das von mir bestellte Gericht hätte Brokkoli beinhaltet und €10,50 gekostet, aber jegliche Diskussion war hier zwecklos. Man hatte halt schlechte Laune, kennt die eigene Karte nicht und der (zahlende) Gast ist einfach lästig. Wäre es wenigstens freundlich abgelaufen, hätte man seinen Fehler eingestanden, wäre es ok gewesen, kann ja mal passieren! Aber so war es eine bodenlose Frechheit und entsprechend hat das Essen dann auch nicht mehr geschmeckt (objektiv war es vermutlich in Ordnung). Dieser Laden sieht mich garantiert nie wieder, aber vermutlich ist man darauf auch nicht angewiesen, wenn man sich solch ein Verhalten erlauben kann. Der extrem genervt-abweisende Gesichtsausdruck der Servicekraft war auch ernsthaft das Erste, was beim Betreten sofort aufgefallen ist! Schöner erster Eindruck...

Lovely food. One of the best Pizza we've had in a long long time. The crust, cheese, topping, taste, all good. Penne Arabiata was as spicy as it should be. Nice ambience , with several kitchen tools hanging around that we can keep noticing.. the person at the restaurant was managing all by himself and to be honest we were quite skeptical how the food would turn out. But , oh my, what an amazing time management he has, and how amazing the food comes out of the oven/pan. We didn't have to wait much, and all dishes were served at the right time.
