Saturday evening, 9 P.M. We went in although the bar was quite crowded. There was only one barman behind the bar. The guy was shockingly slow - he poured 4 beers in 10 minutes, then it took him 5 more to get the money of the customers. When he was done with the 4 beers I realized that there were 15 more people waiting for beer at the bar. Some of them were nervously waving at him.. Despite that fact, the guy was chatting with a pair of customers and taking photos of the beer he was slowly pouring. He did not seem to be in any hurry. Finally we decided that it was not worth to wait any longer and moved to another place. I get it - this is a craft beer bar, not a fast food restaurant where you get served in a flash, but is it normal to wait for 20 minutes at a bar and not get served? Even if you guys are producing the most unique beer in the world, you have to give your customers a chance...

We booked the tour via internet and arriving at time we were surprised to be the only two for the tour, but no, three local guys joined. A small brewery start to produce since 2021. The explanation from Jos, almost graduated for his study “drinks and technology” was professional and very clear. The brewery itself is clean, nice shining barrels and pipes. Am 17.6.23 zu 17:00 Uhr hatten wir (4 Pers.) uns zur Brauereitour angemeldet. Bestätigt und wir waren pünktlich um 16:30 Uhr vor Ort. Nach kurzem Umsehen, am Grill nachgefragt, wo die Brauereitour startet. Drüben am Hallentor war die Auskunft. Da sich dann nix rührte, fragten wir am Ausschank nach. Dort wusste man Bescheid, dass die Tour ausfällt, der Tourführer sei krank und er hätte per Mail abgesagt! 4x 0,3er Entschuldigungsbier und fertig! Wir waren bedient und beschlossen unseren Nachmittag/ Abend woanders zu verbringen. Unser Organisator war vorher unterwegs und prüfte nun seine Mail per Fernabfrage. Tatsächlich, 4 Std. vorher gegen 13:00 Uhr kam die Absage. Eine solch kurzfristige Absage sollte dann schon per Handy getätigt werden ( Handy Nr. war bekannt) war unsere einhellige Meinung. Wir verzichteten einstimmig auf einen Wiederholungsversuch! Am18.6. kam eine Dankesmail für das Interesse mit der Bitte um Bewertung in den sozialen Medien. Des geschieht hiermit! Ja ich weiß, automatisch generiert... Aber so etwas kann und sollte dann deaktiviert werden! Unser Organisator beantwortete sogar noch die Absagemail mit entsprechenden Kommentar und natürlich der Stornierung. Wäre die letzte Chance gewesen, etwas "gerade" zu rücken...Antwort: komentarlose Stornierungsbestätigung! Eine solch unprofessionelle Art und Weise verdient nicht einmal einen Stern!
