Me and my partner were invited to Bunder Panda located in the district of schöneberg , to try their delicious noodles and bubble tea.
Our opinion are only a reflection of honesty and taste.
We arrived around 7pm and ordered two bowls of noodles from 2 passionate hard-workers.
I had some noodles with porc and mushrooms and my partner had noodles with rindfleish (ham).
We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes which was okay considering that employees were making on the spot their own noodles out of a machine. The process was great to watch.
We received our food and it was delicious. The fresh noodles were delicious and melting in my mouth. My porc and mushroom noodles tasted great but neutral in overall (like pho). if I had to choose again, I would pick the rindfleish noodles that my partner ordered. It has a lot of flavor and a little bit of spice which would fit me better.
We finished our bowl and went for 2 bubbles teas. My favorite bubble tea of all time during winter (hot drink) is Taro with almond milk and 2 portions of tapioca sugar brown. The restaurant was out of almond milk but proposed an alternative which was oat milk. I was dubious but it actually tasted good and I almost preferred oat milk to almond milk. The tapioca were also freshly made as well, which made my bubble tea even more enjoyable.
In overall, Bunter Panda is a really pleasant place to meet and have lunch or dinner , or to order a bubble tea. It is well furnished and colors and designed are unique. The teddybear game machine is also pretty cool and gives a good dynamic/vibe to the whole restaurant.
We had an amazing evening there and can only recommend Bunter Panda for bubble tea and...
Read moreSaturday afternoon lunch. This is a noodle and bubble tea bar on the Main Street. Firstly the menu advertising is confusing because it’s displayed slightly differently all over the shop. It is in fact a limited set of noodle dishes and a limited bubble tea menu. You order at the bar and wait an age for your tea and then even longer for your food. The novelty of the fresh noodle machine is then undermined by the quality of the food which is bland and in my case luke warm (beef noodle soup). I was worried eating it because it just didn’t seem fresh. The bubble tea is cold but very sweet. I think it’s meant to be that way but it’s not my taste.
Fast food this is not. Good food also not. I have no idea how they make any money (I do wonder that about a lot of places in Berlin). The atmosphere was non existent. In my opinion avoid. Oh and it’s very expensive. Two meals: beef noodle soup and chicken noodle bowl and two teas:€34....
Read moreIn Berlin, we don't really have many great bubble tea shops, so I was pretty happy when I first discovered this shop here. The interior design of the shop is pretty and cosy, there is even couple claw machines, you can give a try, maybe you are lucky to get something extra cute. As I was there, the staff were super friendly and helpful, we talked a lot, I got to know more of the shop.
Okay, now let's talk about the drinks here. Their products are mainly tea with fruits or milk, and many different choices of topping. I already tried couple of them. They also taste pretty good. It could be a bit sweet for someone, but you can order it less sugar. Besides tea products, they also offer food here, for example egg tart. Overall, this is a great place for people who like bubble tea or just curious and like to hang out. There are always something new in...
