Burger Manufaktur — Restaurant in Berlin

been here a few times, fairly got price/product ratio. But this as of now, coming in to not welcoming (new)personal with a super overgrilled patty on the grill which i would Hope nobody would ever get(think why would it still be there?) I order a cheesebirger+fries, and the one person there demands rudely i stay outside(covid).. Eventually get my order, and come home to what is seen in picture - which doesn't resemble anything close to a decent burger, and topping it off, clearly that over grilled patty. This was once a decent place, but obviously gone to beyond poor standards. I'm rarely to give poor reviews, but this is rock bottom...

Ganz lecker. Aber ich habe gestern einmal telefonisch bestellt weil man da angeblich 10% spart und plötzlich zu viel(!) bezahlt. 2*7,50€ sind nicht 15,40€. Außerdem bekam ich einen ganz anderen Burger mit Schinken (wenigstens kein Schwein) statt Mozzarella und er war scharf, hatte aber einen Burger ohne Schärfegrad bestellt.

Also komplette Katastrophe, wenn man da anruft. Ich bestelle weiterhin, allerdings ausschließlich über Lieferando. Dort sind meine beiden Favoriten auch nicht 10% teurer und ich kann sicher sein, dass ich den richtigen Burger bekomme.

Eine Quittung bekam ich gestern auch nicht. Also Telefonbestellung nicht zu empfehlen. Im Gegenteil: Auf der eigenen Webseite ist die Bestellung sogar günstiger als am Telefon. Ich bleibe da aber dennoch bei Lieferando, vielleicht klappt's nur, wenn der Gastronom eine Provision zahlen muss mit der Aufmerksamkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Danke fur die Antwort. Ich bekam allerdings bei der Anlieferung wieder einen Flyer, in welchem die Preise unverändert bei 7,50 waren. Auf ihrer eigenen Seite kann man einige 7,50 Bürger sogar noch für 7€ bestellen. Sie werden verstehen, dass ich mit den Preisen rechne, die bei der Bestellung vorliegen. Eine Rechnung wurde mir nicht ausgehändigt.

Burgers are run of the mill, no guts no glory. But attitude, zero. They messed up my order and instead of apologizing they started justifying their mistake. Apparently, if you want no onion in your burger, you need to specify you don´t want onion of ANY kind, because for them red onion is not an onion!?! I wonder what it is - an apple?? So if you don´t feel like receiving a lecture on what onion is or isn´t, just...
