Food is great but unfortunately witnessed a very uncomfortable situation.
It’s raining heavily, it’s winter. A delivery guy from Lieferando came through to pick up an order and was waiting on the side without bothering anyone. It was not as crowded that it could create an issue nevertheless, he was asked kindly but surely to go out and wait outside. He was soaking wet and was just sent out to the rain and cold again while we customers could just comfortably wait for our orders inside.
As customers, we can totally understand there are policies that avoid it to get crowded with delivery services but I believe the store’s management should be able to assess the situation and accommodate to circumstances, specially if it is about treating someone with respect and show a bit of consideration.
Issue was addressed with one of the colleagues at the store (not the one who asked the guy out tho) and even though he kindly took the time to listen which is much appreciated, his hands seemed to be tied and I was invited to address it with management as it is regarding a policy.
A bit of kindness goes a long way and here it would have made a huge difference🤷♀️.

Read moreAs a regular food raider, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've faced. Visited this burger chain recently and was shocked at the unprofessional behavior. I had placed an order — one item was ready, the other wasn’t. While I was calmly talking to the POS staff about taking the ready item, a guy from the back suddenly yelled at me to leave the store — for absolutely no reason.
I was confused and asked why, and his arrogant response was, “Do whatever you want.” When I asked for his name, he said Jeet Singh, which I honestly doubt was real. His attitude was lazy, aggressive, and completely disrespectful.
As someone who visits and reviews many food outlets, I can say this is not how you treat customers — especially not regulars or anyone spending their money at your business. It felt like they were pushing me out for no reason, instead of fixing their own service issues.
This kind of behavior ruins the whole experience, no matter how good the food is. Management needs to step in and train their staff in basic manners and customer interaction.

Read moreBurger was the best burger I’ve had! In Europe and the USA. The price was about 8 or 9 bucks, but the quality was definitely worth it, onions 🧅 were caramelized perfect, the mayonnaise wasn’t overly done, the burger wasn’t cold or warm it was hot fresh off the grill!!!
It was a little bit salty for my taste but that’s not their fault I don’t add salt on my food so whenever people use even a little it’s just to strong for me, but like I said it’s not there fault.
