Cafe a GoGo — Restaurant in Berlin

Disappointed by the lack of respect for customer rights. This café refuses to provide a printed receipt (Rechnung) and only sends it by SMS or email. This is not only illegal in Germany—since businesses must provide a paper receipt upon request—but also a violation of data protection laws (DSGVO).

I hope they correct this practice 🙏🏻

Zu allererst: man sollte wegen der Croissants kommen, vor allem wegen der Pistaziencroissants. Auch der Kaffee ist wirklich gut. Das allergrößte Problem dieses Ladens ist die Bedienung. Die variiert zwar aber es gibt zwei Barista die einfach so unfreundlich sind, dass ich den Laden mittlerweile meide. Wie man es im Service nicht schafft, mal wenigstens ein Lächeln im Gesicht zu haben ist mir rätselhaft und ich möchte auch nicht den Eindruck übermittelt bekommen, man ist genervt weil ich als Kunde reinkomme und beim Gespräch oder beim Kippendrehen störe. Das ist halt auch Berlin : 5€ für einen Kaffee und man muss sich noch schlecht...
