Leise-Park — Attraction in Berlin

What an unusual concept to have a cemetery and park incorporated together, quite original and imaginative. Paths with thick overbearing greenery and trees, lots of little hidden bushy nooks full of wildlife, including elegantly red tame hopping squirrels. Rustic, leafy and charmingly spooky area with graves and old lichen mossy enchroached headstones. Childrens adventure play section, conducive for fun climbing chasing and hiding games. A special place with a unique atmosphere to draw folks back all year long, especially lovely during summer and the orange glow sunset...

Not much of a park. It is a cemetery with a well developed tree cover and high fences and locked gates all around making access only possible from the south side. Also a bit run down with construction debris and limited areas to sit. No place to come and lounge or play. It's a place for a stroll amongst the grave markers. The name should be changed. It's ok, I shall visit again in Spring and then I'll review this comment. It is a small public garden with lots of trees and places to seat down. It's is supposed to be very quiet, but I wonder if times when there are a lot of children there, if it is really quiet. Anyway, when I was there, it was sad and not so beautiful, but perhaps that's because...
