Comebuy — Restaurant in Berlin

Honestly, if I had a choice, I wouldn't have ordered here. It tastes way too sweet. Every time I ordered 0 or minimum sugar, it came unexpectedly sweet. At other Comebuy locations in Ku’damm or Hackescher Markt, the sugar level is well controlled and never too sweet, whether it's bubble tea or fruit tea. In this store, it feels like it's either 0% sugar or 100% sugar, with no middle ground. Please maintain the standard. Every time I order, I wish myself luck, hoping it won't be too sweet. I don't think I'll come to this store anymore.

And, I reflected this to the staff - the drinks are way too sweet with minimum sugar- she replied it was normal.

Sorry it isn’t normal - if there is anyway sweet, why on the earth do you have those 5 different level for options?

The bubble tea is usually quite good, but even with a full staff, you wait FOREVER for your drink after you’ve ordered. The cashier pretty much always has 10-12 cups with toppings lined up for tea to be added by one of the 3 other colleagues behind the counter. Today I ordered shortly before 16:29, and I FINALLY got my drink at 16:58 😱

There isn’t much seating, and it’s very hot inside in summer without any real airflow. I imagine the same afternoon sun is great in winter. If it was a more pleasant climate, waiting wouldn’t...

I had heard good things but I didn't love it. The shop had a really good strong tea smell, and the flavor of the drink was nice, but it was really too watery and too sugary, I got a small headache after drinking only half. The boba I'm used to is a bit more creamy which is so much better than watery. Maybe cream cheese topping and half sugar would have helped, but I don't think...
