Unfriendly staff, was talking with my friend and giving him advice what to buy and what not.

Instead giving us privacy the staff was criticising my advice to my friend.

Giving a pretty uncomfortable experience as a customer there.

Well I don't know about the others, but I don't feel very comfortable if someone else was listening to our or my private conversation and even getting criticised about it.

Even giving me an indirect warning. What the heck

In the end my friend bought a starter deck, which he wouldn't like at all and I couldn't warn him, because I felt uncomfortable since the staff was criticising my advices to my friend.

Actually I wanted to tell my friend to buy something more expensive, but yeah I was feeling uncomfortable.

It was a very pleasant visit coming here. The store is well structured. At the entrance you can directly see what the store has to offer from board games, trading card games to model/painting/building tools. It has in the back a lot of playing tables, where you and Your friends can trade or play cards. Before the pandemic it held regularly tournaments. The staff is very helpful and even asks you if they can help you as soon you enter, if they aren't busy.

The card prices are very reasonable, they also have most card sets in English and German. Which I find very handy since some card shops only have German cards.

The players who play in this shop are also understanding and amiable.

Overall a really pleasant place, which I can recommend...

I visited this jewel of Game Shop frequently in the last 10 years. If you need a second living room, this is the place you are looking for. The shop is well structured, has a comprehensive offer from board, card and tabletop games and a lot of Gaming options. The staff is friendly, very competent and always help you without having their sales in mind. I can totally recommend this shop. Sadly, some of their activities are restricted during the pandemic crises. However, you can use their online shop or use click and collect to use their excellent service.
