High praise for the chef/owner! As this was our first visit here, we tried the paella as a kind of benchmark, and it was phenomenal! Authentic and rich in flavor with real Mediterranean sea food and seasonings. There are no shortcuts here: no puny salad shrimp, no pre-cooked portions, nothing like you so often get at other places. No suelo escribir comentarios o valoraciones sobre los sitios que visito, pero creo que esta ocasión merece muy mucho la pena. El finde pasado descubrí paseando por mi barrio este establecimiento por casualidad. Junto con unos amigos nos decantamos por probar la comida española que ofrecían: unos entrantes (chorizo, aceitunas,..), tortilla de patata y el plato fuerte: paella de marisco. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuendo nos trajeron la paella a la mesa, estaba riquísima. Nada de paella congelada, sino todo lo contrario. Los ingredientes, incluido el arroz, fueron de primera calidad, super sabroso todo. Según la dueña: “el secreto está en el sofrito”. Lo mismo que dice mi madre. En este sentido, disfrutamos de una muy agradable comida, tanto por la comida en sí como por los dueños que son muy atentos y amables. Die Speisekarte bietet eine feine Auswahl typischer Gerichte – besonders der Chicharrón ist knusprig, würzig und einfach köstlich. Auch der peruanische Gulasch und das Huhn auf Reis sind geschmacklich hervorragend. Die kreativen Paella-Varianten bringen eine spannende Note in die Karte.
