Horrible horrible experience. Stay away!
Food was okayish at best and the place was completely disorganized/chaotic and unpolite. We waited 40min for APPETIZERS. We had to remind the waitress about us 2 times in order to get the food.
Then we got to the main dishes. We were a group of 6 and they brought 2 dishes: one of them was wrong and then we had a 15min gap to get the 3rd and 4th ones. We complained again. One more time the waitress seemed totally lost, out of place and incapable of saying a proper apology. After that, another 15 to 20min waiting time for the 2 last plates. Surprise surprise: one arrived cold.
185 euros was the total bill. We gave 2 100 euro bills. They had the audacity of asking if 200 was "ok" (15 as tip! Hahaha). Then we told them the same things that are here written, demanded the 15 euro change and left. Ridiculous.
Honorable mentions: Not removing plates between courses. I ate my main course after squeezing my appetizer to the side because the waitress didn't We asked for chop sticks. 2 came. The other 4 people kept staring while the...
Read moreThe food was good, albeit too salty for our tastebuds. The Som Tam salad was quite sour and not too spicy.
However, we had to wait for almost 15-20mins before we could order our food, and another 40mins before getting our food to the table. We ordered a fish dish and was told we would be charged €15 extra since the fish was bigger than normal and they already started cooking it. After we refused to take the fish, since we were not asked beforehand, they finally lower it to €8, which we agreed to. Then when we paid, they requested an extra 10% service fee. It was strange for us since they stated that nowhere, but we didn’t want to argue anymore. But then, the lady didn’t give us back all the change and said it was tip(??). Never knew tip is also mandatory in Germany now :) Anyway, personally, we would never go back. No matter how the food tastes like, such service is not...
Read moreThis authentic Thai restaurant offers a warm, friendly atmosphere and décor rich in Thai culture, complete with beautifully designed bowls and plates. It’s a great choice whether you’re dining solo or with a large group. Service is prompt and welcoming, and portions are generous—sometimes even a little too much for one person.
The food is outstanding, with well-balanced flavors and dishes arriving quickly. Even the napkins, folded into elegant lotus flowers, add a charming touch. Gentle Thai music plays at just the right volume, allowing for easy conversation.
Highlights include the glass noodle Pad Thai, featuring fresh, juicy shrimp, and the minced meat Pad Graprao, which tastes wonderfully authentic. The rice is perfectly soft and fluffy, and the Thai milk tea is rich, fragrant, and...
