Vegang on Kantstraße is an absolute must for anyone who loves vegan food or is curious to explore plant-based cuisine. The restaurant offers a diverse range of creative, mouthwatering dishes that will impress even the most die-hard non-vegans.
The atmosphere is chic and welcoming, and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. What truly sets this place apart is the care and passion that goes into every dish – each one is meticulously crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, delivering bold and memorable flavors.
Whether you’re in the mood for vibrant bowls, indulgent burgers, or sophisticated Asian-inspired dishes, Vegang has something for every craving. The drink menu is just as impressive, with options that perfectly complement the food.
For me, Vegang is a standout in Berlin’s vegan scene and one of the best places to enjoy delicious, nutritious meals. If you’re after top-notch vegan dining, this spot is not to be missed. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreUpdate 2025: I've been a big fan of Vegang. I've been frequenting the restaurant and I have often been ordering for delivery as well. BUT for their deliveries, they keep putting their soupy noodle dishes into paper containers that consistently LEAK - and as a result the food lands straight on the floor. I ordered phō multiple times, without exception ending in disaster. One time right in front of my house! It is not very pleasant to clean up food from the floor. What use of a sustainable food container if it leaks? You might as well get refunded but the courier will NOT be paid anything for the pointless delivery. Upon contacting Vegang, they haven’t even responded. So, I’m making my complaint public… What a shame about this restaurant, great kitchen but they need to do something about this issue. Until then: don't order the pho or bun bo hue for delivery! Or better skip this...
Read moreOverrated place. The starter (veg Salmon & Avocado) was OK, but the crackers old (soggy) and the sauce generic. The mains was highly praised in some reviews here (udon with "crispy" duck), but a huge disappointment. Generic veg smoked duck, not at all crispy but chewy, generic udon noodles with cheap vegetables in a brown generic asian sauce. I sent it back half eaten. The interior also always gives away such places - it's OK to have a toilet out of order for a short while, but if the sign is obviosly there since weeks (or months), it just shows that there is zero interest from the owner to invest in the place. Walls and floors worn, tables fixed up with gaffer tape. Only upside was that the service was fast and that everything is vegan - but you will probably find better options...
