Dominos — Restaurant in Berlin

Worst place to order pizza in Berlin. Awful delivery guys and awful costumer service. The delivery guy rang my doorbell, sent the elevator up to my floor empty than returned back to the restaurant with all my food and acted like he couldn’t find my apartment even though he actually rang my doorbell. After I called the restaurant they acted rude and told me they will send my food back. In about 15 minutes I received my food but this time some of the items were missing. So I called the restaurant again. The guy who talked with me told me that the guy forgot to take them and it will be delivered to me the moment he returns to the restaurant. I thought I would receive the missing items shortly and the issue would be solved. After waiting 28 minutes I decided to call them back. The same guy opened the phone and told me that the delivery guy delivered my missing items the first time he came(which was definitely a lie). After he noticed that there was no possible way to defend the delivery guy he rudely tried to once again deliver the food and make me shut up. As if that was not enough, he also told me that I shouldn’t speak with him like that which was interesting since he was the one who used sentences like “bro close the phone so I can send the delivery guy”. They finally managed to deliver the missing items 1 hour and 50 minutes after I ordered the food. On top of it all, they didn’t mark my order as delivered so I was unable to mark the items missing in Lieferando app. The order status still seems to be marked as “being confirmed” so I can’t even write a review within the Lieferando app.

A restaurant full of lying delivery guys and somehow even more rude people in charge. If I had the chance I would have given them 0 stars. Never...

The food was ordered at 21:00. After waiting for the food to be delivered for almost 2 hours with no contact from the store, we reviewed the order/delivery on their website stating that it was never delivered. We finally received a phone call from the store saying that they tried to deliver our food but no one answered the door, however we were waiting close to the door the entire time. At 23:00 (8 min after the phone call) the pizzas were finally delivered (almost cold) and everything was paid for, but we realised they forgot to bring the cheesy bites we ordered. The delivery guy (who was very nice) went back to the store to get them and no one ever came back. We had to call the store and 1 hour later we finally received the rest of our order.

If you are okay with paying almost 45€ for cold pizza and having to wait 3 hours for it, this is...

Everything about this is disgusting. If you're used to American Dominos, don't waste your time because this is German pizza through and through. The dough tastes like when you leave pizza out for days (and forget to put it in the fridge). It's just soggy and not from grease. I also ordered Chicken Strippers - I could make better chicken strips in the oven. They just hang when you hold them up. Also ordered Ham and Cheese Rolls - they came burnt and had absolutley zero flavor. Oh and their garlic dip might as well be called mustard with a hint of garlic. Not good at all.
