LIT Coffeebar & Bakery — Restaurant in Berlin

Nice place with a good variety of choice in food and drinks. We took vegetarian bowls and the servers directly informed us that one ingredient is missing and they replace it with another, whether it is fine with us. From time to time the workers also checked on us, brought water and were very attentive and friendly. Food tasted great, the portion was just right, and coffee was also good (I took ice latte, that on my wish was made with oat milk). The price was also very pleasant, less than I supposed it will be considering that ice latte costs more than 4€. The restaurant also have enough place inside and outside. I will definitely come back here :) The only thing is that maybe the stuff can communicate to the nearby pharmacy to change pictures in the window, they were not very pleasant to look at...

The service was atrocious - worst service I’ve ever received. We walked in and one of the staff didn’t even try to give us a table, they said “one minute” then walked away so another staff member served us.

We came in at 10:55 AM and ordered at 11AM. Our food got served at 12PM on a broken plate and with the worst quality of food I’ve had in a while. Waiting an hour for poor quality of food + service is enough for 0 stars.

When we asked 2-3 times throughout the hour when our food woood be here, they kept saying “later, later”. Their cleanliness isn’t there either - the table we sat at was not cleaned by the staff. They just removed the plates and let the crumbs + sauces left on the table.
