Dunkin'Donuts — Restaurant in Berlin

SPIT IN THE DRINK AND NEARLY HIT ME!!

I went here to have a drink and have a video call in peace.

Today, 08/16/23 was at Dunkin Donuts at Karl-Marx-Straße 82, 12043 Berlin at 13:15. I had a video conference, so I came to this cafe and warned that I would order a little later, as I am on the phone. Tt was clearly visible as well, that I bas busy on the call and I gently asked to wait as I order a bit later.

After I sat down, one of the employees started pointing at me to another that was at the checkout. He called me and said that this would not work, and I MUST order, and then sit. I replied that I would do it a little later. After this he again approached me and began to aggressively indicate that I need to order right now. I ordered a drink, paid for it, and sat down in my seat to continue the video call.

After a few minutes, I was again called to the checkout to pick up a drink, to which I again said that I had a video call now and would pick up a drink later ...

Then the sounds were distinct, the employee spat several times and immediately said “here is your drink”. Then he started calling me more than five times, which was already inadequate ...

Then he ran up and started shouting for me to follow him. there was a moment when I thought that he was going to hit me now, and I was scared. He went into the back room, poured out the drink, rudely handed me the money in cash, and started kicking me out.

I wanted to sit in silence and have a drink, but got INSULTS by employee.

These were 2 more employees who just watched this and didn’t even tell something.

Neither I nor my friends will ever return this Dunkin Donuts and...

Ordered a cold brew- 4eur. He pulled 2 espresso shots on chip ice and added water. I said- I ordered a cold brew, an iced americano costs 2.75- he said - this is how we make cold brew at Dunkin‘ Donuts (by brewing it hot and adding water). Wir haben vor einer Stunde 4 Donuts gekauft. Leider waren die Donuts komplett aneinandergeklebt, als wir zu Hause ankamen, weil es draußen warm war und sie einfach nur in eine papptüte gesteckt wurden. Das Ergebnis: Die Donuts sahen nicht mehr appetitlich aus. Schade, gerade wenn man sie anbieten möchte. 11€ für Müll🤮

Verständnis habe ich dafür keines!!! bei Lidl bekommt man schon ab 1 Donut eine kleine Transportverpackung für ein paar Cent, und ab 4 gibt es sie kostenlos. Bei Dunkin hingegen bekommt man nur ab 6 Donuts eine richtige Verpackung —— das passt einfach nicht zum Preisniveau. Eine stabile Verpackung müsste bei solchen Temperaturen selbstverständlich sein, oder zumindest angeboten werden.

Sehr enttäuschend, zumal der Laden selbst doch weiß, wie empfindlich Donuts...
