Before I ever went to this place, if you were to ask me to describe my ideal bar, I would have described this place.

Extensive, excellent beer selection, rotating beers on tap, friendly knowledgeable and efficient service, good crowd, tastefully decorated interior, delicious bar snacks, not loud, and a good amount of seating.

Excellent selection of German beers both on tap and from bottles. Bar food of wurst, potato salad and bread that all goes very well with the beers. They occasionally have beers from Holzfass or hard to get beers on keg in Berlin. Non smoking with outdoor seating in the summer or for the warmly wrapped smoker.
