Gelapino — Restaurant in Berlin

I need to mention that although “Gelapino” ice cream is ok yet, the owner of the shop is an old man who is not friendly, rude and his way his not customer oriented especially with foreigners. Especially that i am a second time user of ice cream. He is angry that we were sitting on take for around an hour or less although we order 3 scopes for more than 5 euros!

He asked us to leave !!!!! So as not to take the table that long!

I would recommend not dealing with this ice cream shop as there are lots of others shops with friendly...

Der Chef , welcher kein Alter Mann ist, ist stets unglaublich freundlich, zugewandt , zuvorkommend,wie im Übrigen die ganze Familie die hier arbeitet. Wir sind so oft hier, weil es hier nicht nur ein sehr sehr gutes Eis gibt . Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal immer wie ein bisschen in Italien...ein bisschen la dolce Vita im stressigen Alltag. Wir bekommen daher oft mit, dass Gäste einfach mal länger sitzen ohne was zu essen oder trinken. Zu keiner Zeit hat der Chef oder die Mitarbeiter etwas geäußert. Haben wir nie erlebt.
