Hürrem Sultan Shisha & Cigar Bars — Restaurant in Berlin

I am writing to file a complaint regarding an incident that took place at your establishment]. My friends and I attempted to enter your premises but were denied entry without any valid reason.

We were shocked to learn that the reason for denying us entry was due to our race. This is an act of discrimination and goes against the fundamental values of equality and respect for diversity.

As a paying customer, I have the right to be treated fairly and without prejudice. The actions of your staff have caused me great distress and have left a negative impression of your establishment.

I demand that you take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. This could include retraining your staff on issues of diversity and inclusion, implementing a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, and offering an apology to myself and my friends for the distress that we have experienced.

Today, we were handled imapriopraitely by an impolite waitress who was so errogant, and behaved in a very rude way with me and my friend. We were having bottle of water with us. She came and instructed us in a very rude way that we should hide the water in our bags as it is not purchased by them. We told her it is normal to have water in hand.. Again her tone and the manner was impolite and kind of order. Either you do so or leave!!! and when I asked for the shisha again was the same rude way of answering ... therefore we left..we didnot have to deal with this type of rudeness. Very bad experience with no respect to client.. I am posting here.. Maybe one of the team leader will see this review and teach their staff how to handle a client in a plotie way.. I wonder if she was instructed to talk to clients this way or it happened only with us.. We are coming for pleasure and to have a good time not to be handled as students or prisoners in a class. Im updating my review from 5star to 2star because their service is not as good as before . Also they have a new rule that you have to order drinks . We have ordered shisha , curly fries ,etc and one drink but they forced us to order another 2 drinks that is rude and not pleasant .even i told them we will order later but she didnt a accept and told us this is a rule from management . Amazing :) . If you have min spend amount you should clearly state but you cant revoke my rights to order not to order what i want .
