CRACKBUNS — Restaurant in Berlin

I’ve been to their location in Mitte and had a wonderful and tasty experience, so I was very excited to visit this store aswell but was very disappointed. The food was good, quite expensive, but I knew that beforehand. The problem about this place is their staff. I came with my wife in the afternoon, it was completely empty. Not a single other person besides the staff was there, yet they still managed to mess up our order completely. We received our order and immediately our fries were missing, so we had to ask for them. Afterwards we realized that out of 4 sliders, 2 were completely wrong. We received 2 sliders which contained avocado, which I’m allergic to. You’re lucky I realized it beforehand, or else you would have a lawsuit on your hands. We had to wait 3 separate times for just 1 order! The store was EMPTY, how incompetent do you have to be. When the staff prepared the correct meals, the made us pick them up by the counter, they didn’t even have the decency to bring them to us and apologize for their mistakes. They were probably too busy being on their phones behind the counter. This whole experience made me realize, that there are thousands of other burger places to go to and actually enjoy the experience. The Menú is the most difficult to understand that I've ever seen in the world!! And I mean it, the world, lived in China, south america, Europe, been to the states. The menu and options here are beyond my understanding. I had the friendly lady at the counter choose something/anything for me. She gave me a combination of two small burgers and a chicken nuggets side with lemon for 11 euros. It was very tasty. The burgers as I found out are mini burgers. In small selfmade breads (buns?). I ordered two more shrimp buns (7€). Now I was full and satisfied. I took a picture of the menu and am studying it right now. I realized I should have added a skate for 3€ on that second order to be able to pay with cards again (card payment only on +10€). Anyway, I will probably come back to share 6 mini burgers with a friend and that black sesame shake :) cheers. PS: advice for shop owners: add pictures to the menu, specially to the menú combination options and the prices...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Crackbuns, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The sliders were perfect - juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I also couldn't get enough of the fries - they were super good, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

But what really stole the show for me was the fried chicken. It was an absolute must-try - crispy and succulent with just the right amount of seasoning. I couldn't stop raving about it to my friends even days after the meal!
