INDIA PALACE/AMBA INDISCHES RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Berlin

The food was good however, they did not accept my 5€ coupon from DiscoEat without any reason, something that I've never experienced with any other restaurant having ordered from DiscoEat so many times. Since, the restaurant doesn't even lose money cause DiscoEat pays the 5€, so they got the money and didn't give the offer to us, scamming both of us thinking they're smart. Also the menu is quite tricky cause on the first page it has its noon offers and it says the price includes a soup. However, you would expect then outside of those hours it would just not include the soup and the price will be the same. Though even the price was different outside of those hours now, I'm not even sure if they had the prices of the foods on the "outside of offer hours" on the menu that they gave to us so we ordered food thinking we would pay something else and ended up paying double. Stuff like this they should clearly outline in their menu. Also after we payed they took the receipt so I had to ask them again for receipt which was kind of a weird move as if they're hiding something. Not suggesting this restaurant to anyone or going back there. Maybe if they try to be less sneaky they could become a decent...

Unfortunately i can’t review the food, because the staff was just so rude that we decided to leave the table and go somewhere else. As soon as I told the waitress that we have a coupon from Neo Taste she switched her attitude 180 degrees and started to treat us like second category clients. Even though she had the paper menu in her hands she told us in a super rude tone that we can just view it in the app. We told her we would prefer to see it on paper several times and she finally gave us just one. This is the worst butter chicken I have ever eaten in my whole life. If i could give 0 stars I would. The sauce was way too sweet and had no flavor. Clearly they do not make their food themselves. They must buy it in a bulk from a restaurant depot or something. Very disappointing and quite disgusting. The paneer naan was also not very good, too dry. The salad that came with the meal was not even indian cuisine, it came with way too much salad dressing (the same one you find at every dönner shop in Berlin).
