Nice little beer garden! Drinks are great. The food is great! It’s obvious that the kitchen is making everything from scratch.

But for us our order was forgotten and when we tried to alert the staff to that the kitchen didn’t reply. I think, because they didn’t know English very well. When I talked to the bar staff they said: talk to the kitchen. So not the greatest place for service. I got the bar staff to talk to the kitchen and they said 5 minutes. Since the kitchen can be seen it was obvious that they did not prioritise our order once the mistake was clear. It took another 15 before our meals where done. It took 5 mins, once they got started.

The food was great. I must say that. But I was disappointed in how it was handled. Anyone can make a mistake, but I think it’s in those moments you find out how good the service is. Here,...

The worst beer garden in Berlin definitely. I reserved with 16 people and went to reception and asked the location of seats. Then he said, "I don't know. You can just find the place with your name." we looked for it, but there were no reserved seats for us.

The worst thing was the security guy with a bold head. We just sang a bit in the garden with beer, then the security guy shook my shoulders and asked to stop singing. It was a really unbelievable experience and not allowed in wherever in the world...who does touch and grasp the customer's body in the bar?? It was just violence. I did claim it, but they did not apologize properly.

It's a very nice, green and spacious beergarden, easy to reach and comfy. However, when making two separate reservations in separate spaces, they just put them together in one space without contacting or asking again, so we had issues finding appropriate space with a larger group in the rain even though we had reserved a space below the roof and had to take care of it on our own. They were/are also not reachable by phone in advance. I wish the service was better, food and drinks are good and not too overpriced and the location is beautiful, but they don't seem to care much about their...
