The one positive was that the hummus plate was excellent; the eggplant was so flavorful and delicious, food was hot, and my only negative was that we needed twice as much pita as we were served.
The rest of the food, drinks, and service left a lot to be desired. Granted, it seemed fully half the staff was new and in training, but even so some of the problems with the food were preventable. For example. 1) the ‘handmade mint lemonade’ tasted like slight mint-flavored water…until I finished it and realized the entire last 2cms were only syrup and they hadn’t mixed the drink at all, and, 2) the entrees and main dishes were all served at the same time and while we were still eating our hummus plate. By the time we finished the appetizer, the mains were cold. Regarding the food itself, 1) everything was greasy; my food had a ring of congealed grease because of the cooling time and there was a puddle underneath, 2) the ‘Gorgonzola’ cheese in the beet salad was completely the wrong texture with no crumble at all, 3) the salad had been overly salted to the point that the two of us who ordered them left more than half behind, and finally 4) the kunefa dessert was completely unsweetened. Not even a hint of syrup or sugar to it. Could be that’s traditional and different from the Greek and Turkish varieties I’m used to, but I found it to be a greasy slab of cheese in a rind of burnt noodles.
Last thing to mention is that the music was so loud that I couldn’t hear the person right next to me. I witnessed several other tables besides ours all ask for the music to be turned down before any change was made, though it was still quite loud. I understand that they want to turn the tables over quickly (the hostess informed us on arrival that we’d only have two hours at the table before needing to leave), but we finished everything with 20 minutes to spare so we probably didn’t need to be...

We gathered to have a quality birthday dinner with 11 friends and made a reservation before via e-mail. First, they messed up our reservation and did not apologise about it. Second, the waitress did not give us any choice and convinced us not to have 'a la carte'. She said, if we prefer a la carte it would take more than an hour to have our food. (it already took more than an hour to have our main course). She suggested to serve us mix of their specials and when we asked about the price she said "You will eat more than a la carte but pay less". With the help of extremely loud music we could not properly communicate and had to agree. And the bill cost 60 euros each without any explanation!
During the dinner, we kept asking the waitress to reduce the volume of the music she said they have no control over the music it is controlled by the hotel. However, the table of some friends of the restaurant's boss next to us started to control the music, dancing over the sofas, clapping the walls for whole night! They were extremely load and aggressive (then we figured the reason; they were doing cocaine right next to us on the table!!!) I do not mind people's businesses if they are respectful but they were certainly not. Even though we warned the waitress they did nothing about it and they charged us 60 euros each of us for that ridiculous night! And when we complained about the whole night before leaving the waiter and the waitress made fun of us!
Whole night was a fiasco and the attitude was...

First of all, although the food is tasty, the price is incredibly high. My friends and I ordered the menu (advised by the waitress, who told us that the menu would be the quickest and cheapest option) and we found out that we had to pay 60 euros each. Also, the music was so loud that we spent the whole time screaming at each other in order to be able to have a conversation. We asked the service to turn it down but they didn't (in a place where your dinner costs 60 euros you might expect the restaurant to try to make its customers feel as comfortable as possible).
Apart from this, we had the bad luck that some friends of the restaurant's boss were also having dinner at the time. The fact that they were doing coke (cocaine) at the table wouldn't have bothered me at all if it weren't for the fact that they spent two hours standing on their chairs, banging on the walls and screaming (add this to the volume of the music and the chances of hearing your fellow diners are now non-existent). As before, we asked the waiters to do something about it but they didn't. Again, at a place where you are charged 60€ to have dinner, this is unacceptable.
So yeah, I don't recommend this place. For the same food style and quality, but a way better experience and much more reasonable...
