KAFFEE 26 — Restaurant in Berlin

I've seen 12 countries and more than 50 cities so far. I experienced many cafes and restaurants. But I have never come across such a rude business before. We had to leave our car at a local service and needed a cafe nearby to get into our meetings. We were the first customers to enter at 10 am. We thought that we would work by the afternoon time and then leave. We bought 2 coffees and caught up with our meetings. A few hours later we got dessert and another coffees. The place was crowded, but there was still some places to sit, but the staff of the place said very rudely that we had to give an order, otherwise we would not be able to sit with our laptops. However, while making this warning, they were taking our plates that were just empty from our table. Although I reminded her that you are just taking our orders, the employee said that we have to order again in an extremely rude way. I wonder what can be ordered most expensive in a coffee shop to satisfy this business. There were people at the other tables, of course, who had ordered maximum desserts and coffees. We left the coffee shop at around 14.00, maybe we stayed in the eyes of the manager longer than they imagined, but I am an interior designer. If a place has electrical outlets and comfortable seats, you give the message that you can spend long hours with your laptop to the customer. If the business is in a separate policy for decoration, you put a warning that laptops cannot be used on the tables, as some cafes do. If your only concern is making money, there are more polite ways to do it, I won't teach it here. My way further i do not intersect with the cafe. But I have never seen one like it in Germany or many countries and I don't...

I goes there on Thursday 31 July, because I was upset and sad since saturday 26 July night...than my husband didn't living on Alt-Mariendorf anymore and on Spandau I didn't knows any really good Café or place.

I Google it Wednesday 30 July evening, I find this. In top ten on Tripadvisor and has good Review here = 4,6*.

BUT I'm a professionell and also coffee lover and in Prague we has a many Qualität Café with Italien, Czech roasted good coffee stamp making from really high quality coffee beans!!! This can't be call it a high value Café or place to spent money!!!

First: they don't accept pay by card (are they knows we are in 21 century already?), second: they put big prices for coffee and cases, third: they arn't much nice to customer, who come to spent their money, fourd: my doppio isn't a good taste coffee.

For price 3,2€ I really cry. Schokolade cake was good enough, but in the glass was price 5,5€ and the girl calculated me 5,9€.

Completely for 9,1€ it's too nuch cost and isn't nice place enough!! For this price I got in Vinohrady (one very cost and higher area in Prague), where I life perfect Service in really high level Café!!! With perfect espresso, ristreto or doppio!!! Cake oly 4 till 5€, but much more better. I was so dissappointed on Thursday 31 July 17:15 till 17:58 (when he not nice Lady told me it's geschlossen).

But I knows in many places im Berlin they do it bussiness by this way!! To kick customer out. But in my country they will lost...

Meine Beiträge schreibe ich hauptsächlich (darum werde ich auch von Google gebeten), um anderen Google-Nutzern mit meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen eine Entscheidungshilfe zu geben - sie sind weniger als konstruktiver Rat an dendie Eigentümerin gedacht.

Ich wollte auch sicherlich nicht ältere Damen diskriminieren (ich bin selber eine!). Aber ich persönlich sitze lieber in einem Café mit gemischtem Publikum. Und vielleicht geht es ja dem einen oder anderen Leser auch so. Es war als Hinweis an Leute gedacht, die das Café besuchen wollen.

Ja, es stimmt, mein Kommentar über die lauwarmen Getränke bezieht sich auf die Zeit vor der Pandemie. Aber: Positive Rezensionen über diese Zeit scheinen Sie nicht zu stören. Nur wenn Anmerkungen kritisch sind oder Sie nicht genug Sterne bekommen, schießen Sie - oft sehr aggressiv - zurück. Dies wirkt nicht sehr souverän oder selbstkritisch.

In den letzten Jahren war ich oft in Ihrem Café. Ich rede also nicht über aktuelle Erfahrungen (das stimmt!), berichte jedoch von Mängeln, die über einen längeren Zeitraum immer wieder auftraten. Vier Mal (!) wurden mir lauwarme Latte macchiati an den Tisch gebracht und ich bat dann darum, mir doch bitte ein wärmeres Getränk zu bringen.

Nicht ein einziges Mal hörte ich ein freundliches Wort, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung. Die Bedienung sagte kein Wort, ging jedes Mal "beleidigt" weg und brachte mir das neue Getränk erst nach 10/15/20 Minuten.

Sie sehen, ich hätte mich also auch (wie andere auf dieser Seite) über das unfreundliche Personal äußern können. Das habe ich noch nicht einmal getan.

Jedoch kaufe ich jetzt bei Ihnen nur noch Espressobohnen und genieße mein HEISSES Getränk zu Hause.

Mein Ratschlag an Sie: Nehmen Sie doch Kritik einfach einmal an und versuchen Sie, das Kritisierte zu verbessern. Dieser Rat hilft auch...
