I recently visited Khau Gali restaurant and had an amazing experience. The vada pav was exceptional—perfectly spiced with a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful filling. Paired with a steaming cup of chai, it made for a delightful meal. The chai was rich and aromatic, complementing the vada pav beautifully.

The place was a little hard to find since it is not directly visible from the road, it's inside a building that was covered with graffiti. Inside there are many food joints of which one is khau galli.

Had vada pav, sabudana vada, sev puri and chai here. Food was good, the folks in the restaurants including the chef were very friendly and amazing to talk to. They customized the spice levels for me to my satisfaction.
