Eating here was a series of mishaps and disappointments, with a couple of tasty bites thrown in. Service was clearly hurried and stressed, though one waitress was actually trying, another was quite rude. As a group of four we ordered a variety of things that came out over the course of over an hour, though many times we were brought the wrong things, or for example we were brought dumplings with the filling still raw, and had to send them back and wait even more for them to bring out the correct and/or actually cooked item. Some items were good: cucumber salad, tofu stirfry, the eggplant in a stone pot dish (though this took about 1.5 hours for us to receive it even though we saw many others around us receive theirs earlier even though they had come later). Some were just "meh" - fried dumplings which first came boiled, then when we asked for another portion fried they came (after another 45 minutes) just covered in oil, no crispy bottoms or anything, Xiao long bao soup dumplings with no soup inside (but raw meat the first time). The stone pot beef dish we ordered was quite bad, with what tasted like super old meat that had maybe been cooked many times, making it tough and incredibly salty. There was also an extra item on the bill, though the waitress quickly changed it when we pointed it out. If you know what to order (and get lucky enough to actually receive what you order) there might be some good things to eat here (a Chinese couple next to us had some delicious looking and smelling dishes), but for me the quality of the food was just too inconsistent, and the experience so chaotic, that I...

Used to be great food, terrible service!

Firstly the food used to be some of the best Chinese food that could be found anywhere in Berlin and the prices are pretty cheap!

Sadly it the food the last few times we visited has been somewhere between poor and average. I get the feeling they've got a new owner recently and they're screwing with everything that made this place great.

The service is usually bad, but tonight the service was by far the worst I've had in a restaurant in my life. Firstly, the food took over an hour to arrive at our table. So long in fact that we'd forgotten what we'd ordered. Turns out that they brought the wrong dish but we hadn't noticed. After 15 mins more, they came and brought the correct one after we were half way done with the wrong one. We then had to ask 4 separate members of staff for the bill with 15 mins in between each. The bill finally came a full hour after we first asked for it! And they actually tried to charge for the wrong dish which then took a lot of effort to have it removed from the bill!

On the whole Corona virus issue, they're not doing great either. They only started taking contact info in the last couple of weeks and they're only taking the name and address. Masks are also nowhere to be seen on most of the staff.

We've eaten there and at their sister restaurant next door every couple of weeks for ages and after tonight we won't return there...

Last time was a terrible disappointment. It was our third visit. I remembered the food was great each time, but this time they simply could not handle the amount of visitors - only two people preparing the food, and two serving, as a result we waited for over 40 min to order, and close to 1.5h to be served. They kept putting new folding tables and chairs between the existing furniture, making it impossible to move, instead of forming a line so that people can sit once tables are free. They also kept taking orders from people who arrived after us, telling us again and again they'll come to us... after the third time that happened I walked up to the counter and that was when they finally let us order. The food was prepared in a terrible hurry, things were not cut properly and the spring rolls - which unlike everything else we tried, were fried from frozen ones, were cold on the inside and the sauce served with them was expired (it's the sweet-sour sauce we're quite familiar with and it shouldn't have a vinegary aftertaste). The next morning we woke up with aching bellies and I was sorry I insisted on going...
