Mangia E Bevi — Restaurant in Berlin

My knees are still shaking. The waitress was beautiful, smiley, charming and utterly wonderful in ways I find difficult to describe, and she could have brought me a rock on a plate and I would have given the place 5 stars.

How can someone radiate so much positivity towards people she does not know all day? I was probably the 700th person she served that day, and still I felt special and blushed as she sat next to me to do the bill calculation. Well done young lady, you've made my Berlin trip so...

Very pleasant restaurant with great outside sitting area, unfortunately food was a big disappointment. Poor quality ingredients and strange/atypical combinations were not to our liking. Gestern waren wir mal wieder dort- (Essen, Service, Preise, Ambiente waren schon früher prima) - jetzt haben die es geschafft: Endgültiger Lieblingsladen! Essen: ein Traum (frisch, perfekt abgeschmeckt, einfach nur lecker, ich als Vegetarier ebenfalls im "Paradies"), neues, gemütlich-schickes Ambiente mit einladender Holzterrase (Sommer, bitte komme...) unaufdringlicher supernetter Service, der seinesgleichen sucht. Neuerdings gibt's auch Kuchen- und Frühstück (Kuchen getestet, "oh my god" sag ich nur. Dazu coole frische Getränkekreationen mit und ohne Alk., erlesene Weinkarte ... Wenn das Team schafft, diesen Level zu derart fairen Preisen zu halten fällt mir nix mehr ein- "Geheimtipp" war gestern- Mangia bitte macht weiter so!!!Nachtrag 07.04. : Ohne Übertreibung: Besser geht's einfach nicht. Herrlich draußen gesessen, voll lieb bedient worden und das "Frühstück für 2" versetzte uns in kulinarische Schlaraffenland. Obwohl gut besucht angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, vielen Dank! Übrigens: Wir waren satt für den Rest...
