I adore this place! The food is really authentic, service is incredibly friendly, location is perfect! I've brought several friends here already (including italians) and everyone leaves as enchanted as me! I really like the panzerotto, especially when they do it fresh. It actually reminds me a lot of Brazilian "pastel". I get my train everyday at Charlottenburg station and I have to hold myself not to go to Panzerotto every single day!!!

Fantastic panzerotto.i keep. Banging my review on Google because everytime I eat here It tastes better and better. This first review was already five stars and I can only change my words. The food is not the only thing that brings them there, its the warmth of Antonio and his kindness. I enjoy those five minutes of order process while I talk to Antonio. Thank you so much. Now I go enjoy the rest of the focaccia and panzerotto :)

I rarely put 5 stars for restaurants and food places, these guys earned it, the Panzerotti was fried perfectly and kept the fluffy spongy feeling inside and the stuffing was amazing. The Focaccia is the best I tried so far, the place is clean neat and modern, the owner Antonio and Mario the chef are extremely sweet and hospital. The smile never left their faces 🩵

I was meaning to try this place for a while as I'd heard good things so my girlfriend got me a panzerotto on the way home...

I don't know what happened but it was just awful and dry with virtually no mozzarella and no tomato sauce even though I requested it. I doubt there was any seasoning and as a result, the cheap meat was the only taste in this dry, bland snack.

I believe the staff were nice and friendly but I wont be spending another penny here!

EDIT: This panzerotto was 100% bought in this establishment, every business can make mistakes but attempting to discredit my review and saying that it's impossible I was served bad food here is very arrogant.

It seems that based on your good reviews, you guys messed up one of your products yesterday and I was the unlucky customer that got it... should you require more proof I can dig the bag out...

A service really good and comfortable in the old Italian style. The food since the first bite remind me my town in italy. The panzerotto is good quality, you can feel it from the beginning and The cannoli taste really sweet. The place is out the station of wilmersdorfer , so it’s really easy to find and you can seat also outside and enjoy the sun if it’s a good day. The staff always have a real smile on and they approach the people , even not Italian with a comfort word and a laugh that is in the Italian way. I enjoy it stay there and eat food of my country, even if there are a lot of Italian place, still this is one of the really less place that remind me my country ,...

The panzerotti are perfect, just as they do in the original Italian region. There is no competition in Berlin, he makes them even better than many other places in Italy! The owner is also humble, he even refused the compliment as great chef :D You can eat them straight away (best), but even after 1h transporting them they stay still very warm, since he use the proper packaging! They stay also long after some hours, which makes them perfect as pick-nick.
