Restaurant Cafe Cesarra — Restaurant in Berlin

Food was basic. We had the schnitzel with mushroom sauce and it was nothing special, the portion was small for the price. Besides that this place is not child friendly at all, the waiter has repeatedly told us to make our toddlers (almost 2 yr old) silent, which, any person on this planet knows is next to impossible. Making signs to shhhh🤫 is very rude and if you don’t want clients with children to eat in your restaurant you could also refuse after being specifically asked about it. Also the customers were very unwelcoming and making comments about the children and looking very angry at us and them. This quaint little restaurant was absolutely perfect. The menu is diverse, affordable, and clearly well loved. It feels like a frequented place by the locals which gives it an even more authentic ambiance. Our waitress was very kind, wore a perpetual smile, and even said goodbye to us in english (we’re english tourists). Overall a wonderful experience warranting my first ever...
