Ristorante Portofino — Restaurant in Berlin

We have been coming to this Restaurant for many years, we are usually very happy about their service and quality of the food. But unfortunately today we left there very unhappy. Quality of Funghi Pizza was avarage, not as good as before. And also we ordered one big coca cola, which needs to be fresh serviced to the customer... Unfortunately cola had no acid at all and taste of cola was not good too. For this cola we paid 5,50€... Although lady who was going to give our bill she suggested to cancel cola. But that's not what it matters we couldn't enjoy the food at all... Attitude of other worker who gave us first our order was very angry too... She was very stubborn about how bad quality...

Food Quality: very good pizzas. We ordered delivery and still the pizzas arrived super hot and delicious. They are my new favourite pizza delivery

Portions: standard large pizza size. Ingredients fresh and well prepared.

Drinks: not ordered

Price: $ very good prices. Especially for this quality.

Service: delivery guy was cool. Not sure he is from the restaurant 🤷🏻‍♂️

Atmosphere: did not eat there

Highlights: very good. My guests were very satisfied.

Things to improve: there is one pizza that has everything except seafood (Portofino). Maybe consider making the crust for this one a bit thicker as it is difficult to grab without dropping everything due to the weight of all the...

Travelling as a solo visitor to Berlin, stayed in Charlottenburg. Seeking a homemade pizza and I was recommended by my Hotel to visit Portofino.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. From the initial greeting by the charming waitress-Lily-to the ambience and decor. As for the food.......superb. Generous portions, all freshly cooked and presented. Large choice of mains and tasty desserts.

Lily's service 5 star and the owner-Gloria-equally so. I ate here 3 out of my 4 nights in Berlin. Anybody, searching for an authentic Italian restaurant experience, whilst in Berlin, treat yourself and visit Portofino.
