I have to confess my mistake: I didn't check this place before getting there, so It's completely my fault. Usually, I check twice or three times an Italian restaurant before to decide if taking the risk or not. But in my defense, in the first place, I said: "I'm joining, but just for the company". My colleagues were surprised too by seeing me there seat with them. "I don't wanna be the classic Italian guy this time, always skeptical about Italian food outside of Italy. I'm sure that this place is good and I'm going to prove my change of mindset by ordering a carbonara or a pasta al ragu' (a Bolognese for you, not Italian reading my review)", that was my thought. So naive. I decided to order a carbonara. "Carbonara?" "Per me, grazie". The waiter didn't answer. Everything started from there. In Italy, usually, we give to the kids pasta with tomato or pasta with cheese cream and ham. Quick and low effort to cook. The "Italian chef" tried to bring me to a nostalgia trip, cooking for me a dish of spaghetti with cheese cream, raw ham, some unmissable parsley (at least it wasn't coriander) and a slice of boiled carrot. A lovely Italian grandma would never cook something like that for his beloved nephew. Even more, if he would have asked a carbonara. But, as I said, that was my mistake expecting eggs, bacon, parmesan, and pepper in my carbonara. Sorry about...
Read moreHi everyone! Well I have to be honest with you. Servis at this restaurant was really bad. They have inside garden for sitting... we were two people and we were told all 2 seats tables are reserved except one on sun... so we sit at 4 seats table because all of them were free... we were asked to sit at last 2 seats table on sun.... if there are groups of 4 people coming... the whole dinner nobody arrived. As one of the servers was pooring water on flowers my legs got splashed by the water. Pizza I have ordered wasnt that bad, but my friend ordered carbonara... which was pasta with cheapest ham you could find drowning in cream... not sure if there was egg yolk in that thing. In the end we kind of complained about all... didnt got a sorry from server... few min later he came with offer of coffee for free... No thank you. Would definitely...
Read moreWent here for dinner on a friday evening, it was pretty busy but they still found a table for us. It was very close to the table next to us but kinda expected with how packed it was. For food we had spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti amatriciana and shared a bruschetta and panna cotta. The pasta was nice but nothing special and the others tasted really nice. For what you get and what u pay, its definitely worth it though! We were really full (didnt even touch the bread) and paid 35 euros (excluding tip) including a beer and big schorle. So can definitely recommend! A bit weird but beware that they are cardless so you have to...
