If you're looking at this place and wondering about all the 1* and 5* reviews... then this review is for you. We went today for the first time.
If I could give this place 3.5* I would, and I was leaning to 4* to be generous, but tbh my wife didn't like the place and at the end of our visit 3 uniformed police turned up for some kind of disturbance, so 3* it is.
So the place: it's ok I'd say. Especially if you have an older child. We took at 11 month old and there is much less to do, but she did still end up knackered.
First surprise was the two flights of stairs to enter and sign saying not to leave the pram downstairs. Yeah, bad start.
Was it busy? Oh heck yes. But that's fine, it's just popular. Most people seem to observe the "shoes off" rule, but not all.
The bit i didn't like was the tables: there is a cafe there and loads of tables and chairs, but every single table is "reserved" by people:s stuff that they leave at the table.
They should really have a "use it or lose it" rule for the tables. It felt like going to Mallorca and losing all the sun loungers to the Germans getting up at 6am with their towels. Oh well..
Is the place dirty? Nah not really. I'd say it's as clean as you can expect a place filled with about 5,000 hyperactive children with families (ok maybe not 5,000 kids but it felt like it at times).
So it is what it is - busy, crazy, full... and presumably loads of fun for kids that can run around themselves.
We walked there (in the pouring rain) but the car park was rammed when we left (at the same time as the police seemed to be removing someone).
I would probably go again when our kid is older, but my wife would prefer...
Read moreNice place to go with babies that can walk or young children when outside is cold and/or rainy. Once a month or twice a month is enough or more than enough as the place doesn't have a big enough range of things for entertainment. You aren't allowed your own food, you have to buy it there. There are some gaming stuff to play inside which you have to pay for and isn't included in the fare to get in the place( all an € or more and very short on real time for playing). The place works out to arrange a happy birthday party, mamas can meet and gossip while children drive crazily around. Even to go once or twice a year is also enough. I give 3 stars due to the shortage of entertainment offer for the kids, because the food isn't specially healthy for anybody, specially for the kids and because they handle food and money with the same hands, i mentioned it to the guys at the food dispatch counter but they didn't care, probably they aren't prepared to understand such 'complicated' things, not on their own searching on internet or the company doesn't train nor teach them properly or if it does, it isn't on them controlling the service quality. I found that specially disgusting, i don't want to think about if they wash and disinfect their hands after going toilet. I didn't buy to eat for my people after such lack of professionalism and with something so delicate as food. Don't want later to find out that my kids have soft pupu or a diahrrea or any kind of food intoxication. Hope the owners read this comment, and instead of attacking or complaining at me do something for the children and...
Read moreWe went there with our 15months old daughter and we won't come back. The first rule "no shoes" is being ignored by adults whilst the kids run in their socks and barefoot stepping on the dirt from outside. Moreover, there is no control by employees. The kids instead of sliding down the slides run on to them restricting kids to actually slide down and the parents don't seem to have any interest in commenting this behavior. Moreover, older kids are going crazy on the trampoline ignoring the fact that they might huet themselves or other kids around them (again no employees or parents intervene). The area for kids up to 6 years is also fully occupied by older kids making it very hard to find something "safe" and "suitable" for younger kids. All the tables are (reserved) full with clothes, bagpacks by adults and kids who aren't at the table, restricting those who would like to eat... as we were leaving there were adults smoking and blowong the smoke right into the faces of those coming in and out. HAVE SOME AUDACITY AND SMOKE ELSEWHERE. Lastly there was police entering probably to resolve a fight caused by adults... don't...
