We went there twice. If it was only for the first visit,I would have given 4 stars or more. The service was decent in the first visit, the food more chinese+sushi and quite tasty. But the experience when we returned was terrible. Even though we called in advance, they moved us from table to table 3 times,on the last time putting us around teppanyaki table. The waiting lady pushed chairs around and later on lied that she didn’t do it. We were treated as lower lever customers, never even getting proper utensils after they moved us. They managed to transform the first experience from pleasant to extremely unpleasant and nasty with this level of unprofessional behavior, convincing me to never come here again despite the food being generally ok. So go there on...

We came on Sunday to this place at 16:40, sat at the table and saw in their menu they have Crazy Hours from 15:00 till 17:00 for 12,90 €. However, the buffet with sushi was empty and we had to wait till they prepare at least something. There was no hurry and we were totally fine with that, but when the lady working there came to us for the second time at 16:55, she said (quite rude and unfriendly btw) that Crazy Hours are over and if we stay, we´ll need to pay another price - 16,90 €. The buffet at that point was still empty.

Well, that´s an amazing marketing strategy guys. Next time you can make your Crazy Hours price even 0,1 €, considering your guests would still be sitting near the empty buffet and you can say them anytime you want: "Ok, Crazy...

We've been here twice and both times we feel like we haven't managed to try everything they have to offer. I think it's a great place for trying different Japanese and East asian food. The chef cooked some really delicious fish in the Teppanyaki grill (among other tasty things). There's even dessert (cakes, jellies, ice cream). The all you can eat buffet has discounted price for under 12yo.

Sakura markets itself as a Japanese restaurant, but it feels more like a Chinese place dressed up with sushi. The sushi had way too much rice, and the prawns weren’t even deshelled or deveined—very off-putting. The dim sum was actually quite tasty, but I lost my appetite when I saw the boss walk in and handle the sushi bare-handed, no gloves. Hygiene standards need serious attention.
