First there was some tinfoil in the food.

Second, the coffee mug was dusty and either unwashed or stained!!! There was a circle of coffee stain inside the cup! Und there was indescribable dust all around it including the very top where your mouth will touch. I had a sip before I found out. It was absolutely disgusting. Then I asked the two waitresses to give me a new coffee with a paper cup. They took back the old coffee and then talked in a strong sense of disapproval about this. Obsługa bardzo niemiła, gdy zapytaliśmy czy mówią po angielsku Pan z kolczykiem w nosie powiedział że nie i w ogóle nie próbował nam pomóc. Stał z założonymi rękami i patrzył co teraz zrobimy. Gdy mimo wszystko próbowaliśmy się porozumieć Pan nie interesował się jaką wielkość kawy chcemy lub czy chcemy na wynos czy na miejscu- zdecydował za nas i dał na wynos. Pokazał nam że ma nas w…. na koniec okazało się ze nie możemy rachunku wartości 9€ zapłacić banknotem 20€ i jak mam problem to musze sobie poszukać gdzie rozmienić. Miła Pani czekająca w kolejce nam pomogła. Następnie żona dostała złe zamówienie i z wielkimi pretensjami wydali nam poprawne. Podłoga bardzo brudna chyba od rana nie zamiatana. Chcieliśmy usiąść to resztki jedzenia po innych klientach sam musiałem pozbyć się z siedzeń. Kawa smak ok ale również nic szczególnego jednak jako całokształt tragedia. Zastanawiałem się czy to dlatego bo chwilowo sporo klientów wiec siedziałem i obserwowałem: Pan z kolczykiem oparty o blat koło ekspresu z założonymi rękami (czasami wyciąga sobie coś z paznokci) nie interesuje się czy trzeba cos wytrzeć poprawić krzesła czy cokolwiek innego. To klienci pierwsi dziękowali za zamówienia mówili do widzenia lub inne zwroty grzecznościowe a on nic. Przez dwa dni w Berlinie było to najgorsze miejsce z pośród tych gdzie się zatrzymaliśmy. I was there this week and the bakery was not that busy. There was one person in front of me and when it came to my turn, the lady just ignored me and served another person who came in after me.
