Shiro — Restaurant in Berlin

We waited quite a while to get our sushi plate even though when we arrived, there was no one in the restaurant. Also it was quite cold inside, we had to keep our coats on because we were chilly. 🌡️ The staff was very nice and considerate and the interior design is quite cute with cherry blossoms and wood design. 🌸

We ordered a Veggie Mix Sushi for 2 and loved it, it lacked variety in the pieces and wasn't maybe enough to eat but it was really really good and so nicely served. The taste really was incredible, it's the best sushi I've had here I believe, they were great. 🍣 I also had a Coriander Mule as a drink which was good.

Overall this is a great sushi place with great sushi to eat but there's not enough and it takes a while...

First things first: only cash. When we arrived (we were the only customer) no one really seemed to care until the girl that was apparently part of the family business and just studying reminded someone to hand us the menu. Also when we said we’re ready to order, the girl came herself cause no one else did 😆 Apart from the service the food was actually good! Tiny but cozy place that is amazing for several reasons. First, sushi is delicious :) Second, they may have the largest variety of vegetarian sushi that I'm aware of. Their creations are really creative, I love their use of beet root in many rolls. That's not classic sushi but it certainly helps at living more sustainable without really giving anything up.
