Solti Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

Die Menschen gehen in ein Restaurant nicht nur, um gutes Essen zu genießen, sondern auch für ein besseres Erlebnis und einen besseren Kundenservice. Solti fehlt es an allem. Sie sind nur gut darin, Menschen einzuladen, aber sie bieten nicht den guten Service und das Essen, die am meisten benötigt werden. Wir wissen, dass Restaurants heutzutage aufgrund des globalen Pandamic bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet sind. Deshalb haben wir speziell angerufen und gefragt, ob sie den Service zwischen 21.30 und 22.00 Uhr anbieten können. Sie sagten, ja, Sie können kommen, es wird kein Problem sein. Wir kamen pünktlich an und bestellten Essen für etwa 47€. Das Essen kam pünktlich an und wir stellten fest, dass es nicht richtig roch. Wir fragten die Besitzerin danach und sie antwortete, wenn Sie so spät kommen, wie können wir Ihnen frisches Essen liefern, da der Koch bereits nach Hause gegangen ist. Ich meine, wenn Sie kein frisches Essen liefern konnten, warum haben Sie dann die Bestellung entgegengenommen? Dann haben sie sich so verhalten, als hätten wir einen Fehler gemacht und sie daran erinnert, dass das Essen nicht gut ist. Wir konnten unser Essen nicht aufessen, das ist, als ob wir das hart verdiente Geld in ein Schlagloch werfen würden. Schließlich war das Personal zu unhöflich, was in der Gastronomie nicht akzeptabel ist. Bitter aber wahr.

People go to a restaurant not only for enjoying good food, but also for a better experince and customer service. Solti lacks in everything. They are only good in inviting people but not providing good service and food which are most required. We know these days restaurants operates until 23:00 due to global pandamic. That's why we specially called and asked if they can provide service around 21:30-22:00, they said yes you can come it won't be a problem. We reached on time and orderd food for around 47€. The food arrived on time and we noticed that it was not smelling right. We asked owner about it and she replied that, if you arrive so late how can we provide you fresh food as chef has already went home. I mean if you couldn't provide fresh food then, why have you taken the order? Then they behaved like we did some mistake, reminding them that the food is not good. We couldn't finish our food, its like throwing the hard earned money in pot hole. Afterall, the staff was too rude which is something not acceptable in gastronomie. ...

An amazing restaurant. Very friendly owners and service, delicious and exquisite (unique) food. If you never visited Solti you don't now what you are missing! You should definitely go to eat there and drink a cold beer or colorful cocktail while enjoying a nice atmosphere and typical music. And you will pay a very fair price, especially lunch during weekdays. I am sure you will be always back as a costumer! 😃 it absolutely...

Food was too bad. Paneer tikka smelled weird. Apparently, we were a bit late for the food to be good. This was the excuse given to us by the owner. We called before going to the restaurant and they had no problem in serving us. If you cannot serve good food after 10 pm just close the restaurant before that and don't mug your customers by serving stale food. We couldn't even finish our food and it felt like...
