to be clear:

pure pizza: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not the best of the best but still hella good vegan pizza: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ few options but its pretty good. i wish there were vegan options with tomato base

staff is also pretty nice

so why just ⭐️⭐️⭐️? well:

the acoustics in the restaurant are pretty bad. its very loud and the music makes it even worse. hard to feel calm and comfortable in there

why is the menu + ordering digital? alienating! this is not the future that i asked for!! i like to read a normal paper menu and talk to a human person when i order my food, thank you very much. "but the rainforest but covid blah blah". i dont care. use some recyclable material for the menu, or just write it on a chalk board or something. and lets face it, the reason you dont have humans taking orders is to save money, not because of covid. tell me who likes to scan a flippin QR code in order to see the menu and order when you go to a literal restaurant with 12 euro pizzas? if i wanted that then i would have gotten lieferando.

sorry but i just think its so alienating and wrong and i refuse to accept that its normal

I've been here a few times and found the pizzas boring and overpriced. Could have done better at home. The service is mediocre, the waiters were sometimes unfriendly and sometimes ok, but it could be much better overall I think. I had to wait a long time for most things, even to pay. The last time I had reserved and I was told several times before and on arrival that the reservation is only for a 1.5 hour window. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere. I wouldn't have stayed that long anyway, but regardless of that it makes you feel quite under pressure. Ordering is done via a QR code on the table in the restaurant. The ordering website was slow and laggy on my phone and it felt very impersonal. I will not go there again.

EDIT: After seeing the owner's bitter response and the other few horrible responses to constructive feedbacks from other customers, it is clear to me that he/she is a terrible and unprofessional business owner, who can't handle honest feedback. This is not what customer service is, honestly your reply...

Be early to get a place here or book a table beforehand. For two people we were able to get a table without reservation on a weekday at 5:30 p.m. The service was very fast, it took about 15 minutes from arrival to having a pizza in front of us. The pizza dough was quite salty which I personally liked. Bottom part of the pizza crust was thin but sadly not crispy. Their tomato sauce was wonderfully fruity, the buffalo mozzarella didn't taste as different from the regular cow mozzarella as expected but still I'd recommend the pizza Bufala or their margarita. There are black burned bubbles on the pizza crust which look totally beautiful but left a bitter aftertaste which made me enjoy the pizza a little less. Nice place, great pizza toppings, fast service, reasonable prices but just not my favourite style of pizza dough with the burned flakes and floppy bottom....
