First Grillhaus Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

We have ordered here many times now and it's always good. I love the fact that with my big family everyone can have what they love, pizza, burger, Döner etc and it's always been tasty. Tonight we had a very long wait because they were busy and lieferando didn't supply enough delivery drivers, so we called, and the girl on the phone was lovely and helpful. When the order finally arrived our salad was missing, so back on the phone again, and they apologised, put it together and sent it straight over. Nobody is perfect, and life is hard in hospitality sometimes (I was 27years in kitchens, so I know!), but it's not about never having issues, or never making mistakes, it's about how you deal with the problems that matters, and the team at First Grillhaus were courteous, respectful and professional. The delivery guy couldn’t find the apartment (did not call) then left. 20 minutes later he called me and told me if I wanted to eat then I better come down and take the food from him cause he’s not coming up to the fifth floor. I asked if I could return the order but he told me no and kept telling me “do you want to eat or not?!!” I’ve dealt with a lot of rude delivery guys but this is just the absolute worst. I prefer regularly from Lieferando and have no issues with delivery most of the time. For some reason, the delivery always has an issue when I order from this place. Never...

Edit: (to respond to the comment below) You claim the delay was due to traffic and distance: That’s a lame excuse — my place is just 6 km from your restaurant, that’s a few minutes by car or bike.
