Sushi 93 Berlin — Restaurant in Berlin

This is the absolute worst sushi restaurant you could order food from. Do NOT go here and do NOT order their garbage food.

In order to directly support a restaurant and stop Lieferando from receiving a large commission from their possible profits, we ordered 45 Euros worth of food directly from their website at 21:12. After waiting for more than an hour, we called to see what's wrong and they had no idea about the order whatsoever, and claimed that the "system malfunctioned". WE HAD TO FORWARD THEM THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION SO THAT THEY CAN START PREPARING THE FOOD ALREADY.

After waiting 30 more minutes, the delivery driver came, literally ran upstairs, said no hellos, delivered no apologies for being so late, he rudely handed us a paper bag that had SOMEONE ELSE'S WOLT ORDER, WHICH WAS WORTH 15 EUROS, then ran away in 2 seconds.

We called the restaurant again at this point and NO ONE ANSWERED, of course. Then 15 minutes later, at around 23:00, this guy returned, no hellos or apologies again, and rudely demanded the Wolt package back. We hadn't touched it, so we gave it back and then he finally gave us our order, of course it was all stale, tasted horrible.

We were so hungry that we had to try eating, and now we have stomach cramps. My girlfriend is throwing up in the bathroom because of their terrible food.

In short, absolutely horrendous customer service. I'd rather flush 45 Euros...

My personal fsvorite sushi place. Sadly visit it once a year but whenever i'm in Berlin i come to eat sushi here - usually with my partner.

I never tried with a take out before but in the restaurant it's usually extremely busy but worth to wait. Always fresh and taste super.

Maybe the only con; they changed the menu a bit and i liked the previous one because of the photos. Sadly if someone don't speak german or don't know which sushi is which might be a bit lost with...

Confirmed that the driver would be on the way and should be there in 5 minutes. after checking again, realized that they actually never received our order which had been placed on their website and been confirmed via an email. after that didn't show any interest in taking the order again. Either have enough business already or simply can't be asked to do their job. Honestly can't recommend...
