Venue Breakfast — Restaurant in Berlin

I recently visited Cafe Petit Pate for coffee, looking forward to enjoying their well reviewed cuisine and cozy ambiance. However, my experience was marred by the indifferent and inattentive behavior of the waitstaff, particularly when it came to acknowledging my reservation.

Upon entering the cafe, I eagerly informed the waitress about my reservation not once, but three times. To my dismay, she showed no response or acknowledgment during the first two attempts. Her blank stare and lack of communication left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. It was a disappointing start to my visit, as a simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way in making me feel welcomed.

While the quality of the food itself was satisfactory, the poor service overshadowed any positive aspects. The cafe may boast delicious cuisine, but the lack of attention from the waitstaff significantly detracted from the overall experience. Ik was teleurgesteld dat Petit Pate weg is en wilde Venue Breakfast graag uitproberen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was een beetje in de war door het menu en heb uiteindelijk simpelweg een croissant en koffie besteld. Dat smaakte beiden heel goed!

De inrichting van het restaurant vond ik een beetje koud en het rook alsof er iets verbrand was. Ook vond ik het slordig dat er overal verpakkingsmateriaal...

Nice breakfast spot with incredibly delicious food. Just a minor disappointment with the size of the drinks (too small in my opinion for the price with too much ice in the lemonade which wasn't even filled completely) and the waiting for the food. When the food arrived our drinks were already cold and there was also no free water upstairs. But the food was amazing and the amount of food was more than sufficient for two...
