Update April 2023 Seems like some money has flowed into the Café, table service, Japanese style highrise tables to make space for more people. A very very good investment and a revised menu which appeals equally to young and old. Prices are obviously as per inflation, but that's just across the board. What's really stayed still is the good quality of good and coffee ☕. Nower days it's do busy in there you rarely find a seat. Only thing I'd suggest is, clearly mark takes for parties of 2 and for parties of one, that way you are not disappointed when 2 people sit on a 4 seat table. And here clearly should be the rule, you don't like it, unfortunately space dictates your table. Thanks for the delicious ratatouille breakfast Stulle. Oh Fendricks your coffee is delicious! The staff is always lovely and tries to hurry when it's busy at lunch time, because people like it here. The bagels are yummy and the breakfast menu looks very promising. I've even been here now 3 days in a row and it's always nice. They just recently renovated the Cafe which reminds me of the Bondi Beach cafes in Australia. The interior is very well thought through and appealing. We got now our favourite spot, thank you!

We were drawn to this café by the beautiful photos on Google Maps, especially the cozy-looking upstairs seating area. Unfortunately, the actual experience didn’t live up to expectations. There was no clear information online about meal times or kitchen hours. When we arrived, the kitchen was already closed, so many of the food items we were interested in were unavailable. We had to settle for limited alternatives. One of the drinks they recommended — a milkfish-based beverage — was extremely sour and honestly undrinkable for me. Neither the name nor the staff gave any indication of how intense the flavor would be. The matcha cake, on the other hand, was decent and probably the only highlight. The café looked spacious and calm in the photos, but in reality, the interior was small and very noisy — far from the relaxing vibe we expected. The service also felt more like a fast-food setup: you pick up everything yourself, and staff involvement is minimal. Still, the POS machine at checkout prompted us to leave a tip, which felt inappropriate given the lack of service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. It might work for some people, but we personally wouldn’t return.

Nice café very central in Steglitz.

All bagels, cakes, smoothies and coffee (with oatmilk) I tried here were really good so far!

Staff is always super welcoming and friendly, which really impacts the energy of the place.

I like the colours and atmosphere of the place, all tables always have flowers, fresh in the summer, dried ones in the winter. Its not a huge café so obviously it gets a bit noisy when packed but that goes for every place.

They had a makeover recently which divides working area from a no-laptop zone. Sadly the working area is only one big table right in front of the bar which is almost always occupied. But whenever the cafe is not packed the staff can be talked to, in order to get permission to use a Laptop on one of the other tables (don't expect 8h work sessions to happen though, it gets packed quickly so we as guests should be sensitive enough to understand that as an end of our work session :D).

The prices are for some reason significantly higher than elsewhere but that might the location of the café and it doesn't disappoint so I'd say...
