One star for ripping off customers that want to drink decaf for health reasons. Asking for 50 cents extra per espresso shot is ridiculous as it accumulates to around 40-50Euros EXTRA per kilogram of coffee beans. Regular organic coffee costs around 20-30Eur/kg. Decaf beans are usually sold for the same price or maybe one or two Euros more per kilogram but are certainly not 200% more expensive than regular beans!

The same scheme they apply if you ask for vegan milk, which is another 50 cents extra. Here the same applies, a liter of oat/almond/rice milk does not cost 5+ euros more compared to cow milk, in which case such an extra charge would...

Came here to enjoy a coffee, read a book and do some work on my laptop as it looks like a nice cafe. After ordering my coffee I wanted to pay directly but card payment is only allowed from €5.

As I was planning to have some more drinks later on I asked the lady to pay later so I’m sure above the minimum €5. Instead of taking on this offer she refused to do this which lead me to leave as I didn’t have cash with me.

Very unfriendly and weird. You lost a customer that was willing to spend money in your cafe :)
