Wiener Conditorei Caffeehaus — Restaurant in Berlin

It was not surprising that I've gone through one of the worst table service in Berlin. We had to wait for 15 mins for just getting a menu because no one cares about the customers coming, extra 15 mins for getting '2 cups of coffee', and another 10 mins for 2 piece of cakes. Staff never came back even we asked for payment. It made me feel so frustrated and I really really wanted to get up and just leave there. Unfortunately, it was only for us, only Asian customers in this cafe. I felt seriously IGNORED by staff because I'm an Asian. Other two tables just next to us got a proper service the customers deserve to take. If they were super busy, every tables should have experienced the same, yeah? This is a very charming café with a wonderful and friendly team.

They offer delicious pastries, and you can also buy fresh bread and rolls to take home.

Breakfasts here are especially delightful — a real highlight.

But there’s more than just breakfast: you’ll also find hearty dishes like schnitzel or oven-roasted potatoes with a generous portion of smoked salmon.

Wir waren heute mit dem Gutscheinheft in der Filiale am Hagenplatz frühstücken. Wir hatten einmal das Vitalfrühstück und das Landpartiefrühstück. Die Eier waren sehr schön weich. Wurst und Käse nichts besonderes. Beim Vitalfrühstück wurde sowohl die Butter als auch der Honig vergessen. Dafür gab es wohl statt des Honigs Avocadocreme. Die Butter wurde dann nachgereicht. Statt der 2 Rühreier mit Schnittlauch gab es ein gekochtes Ei. Leider habe ich nicht mehr genau im Kopf was auf der Speisekarte steht, bezüglich des Ei's. Ob gekochtes Ei oder 2 Rühreier. Es gab frischen Obstsalat. Das Müsli mit Joghurt ( in meinen Augen Quark) hat einfach nicht gepasst. Viel zu trocken. Dafür wäre Milch besser gewesen. Allerdings stimmen die Preise der Onlinespeisekarten nicht mit denen in der Konditorei überein. Das muss dringend geändert werden. Der Kaffe hat leider auch eher nach Wasser geschmeckt. Der Kaffe kam recht schnell das Frühstück leider erst als der Kaffee fast kalt war. Ich weiß nicht ob das Berechnung ist, damit man noch einen Kaffee bestellt und somit mehr Umsatz gemacht wird. Alles in allem hätten wir ohne Gutscheinheft über 50€ bezahlt. Das ist es einfach nicht wert. Tut mir leid. Nicht weiter...
