Very rude wait staff. I love the many cafes of Beul. This one doesn't seem to understand how cafes work or that they are setting up their tables on a public sidewalk. I paid for an ice cream, sat down among many empty tables. Then I was asked to leave. I asked why - they said I had to order more. So I ordered a coffee. Then I was asked to pay before receiving my coffee. If you have ever frequented an outdoor cafe you'll know this is highly unusual. Good place to get gelatos but due to cold weather tried their hot chocolate and coffee instead. The drinks were nice. The location is very good and stuffs were very friendly. Seit Jahren steht dieses Eiscafé für den Charme von Beuel und der nette Besitzer kümmert sich höchstpersönlich um die volle Zufriedenheit für mich als Gast. Vor allem das Spaghettieis und den Espresso kann ich jedem empfehlen. Das Konzept, die Zutaten, die Mitarbeiter und deren Einsatzbereitschaft sind exzellent, hier kann ich dem Inhaber des Cafés zu 100% vertrauen, dass ausschließlich hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden und dennoch ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis besteht. Ich komme hier regelmäßig vorbei, egal ob alleine nach der Arbeit auf ein gutes Eis, oder mit den Arbeitskollegen und Freunden.
