Sowohl hinter der Theke als auch hinter den Kulissen ist alles perfekt abgestimmt und funktioniert wie ein Uhrwerk... Man muss schon etwas warten, wenn man in der Essenszeit hierher kommt. Und... Man kommt tatsächlich nur zum Essen hierher. Stundenlang am Tisch stehen, sollte man nicht. Egoisten trinken nach dem Essen immer noch einen Wein, nach dem Wein...
