The waitress was stressful and disappointing service. The waiters were disrespectful and unfriendly, despite our group of four and a high bill. The waitress took 10 minutes to come to us, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The tables and utensils were dirty, and the ice cream tasted artificial rather than fruity. Overall, cleanliness was lacking, but the location was the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, the waiters were also rude, rushing us, and it took 16 minutes to receive the requested...

It was such a bad experience. The waitress was extremely rude, the cappuccino tasted so bad. My friend and I asked whether they accepted card payment before we sat down and they said yes. Later the waitress told us that the machine didnt work and asked us to withdraw cash in the ATM next to the cafe. We had to pay a fee for the withdrawal. When we complained about it, the waitress barely listened to us and was super rude and aggressive in her responses....

I went with my 2 friend at this place. The ice cream was good, but the waitress was rude to us, yelled at us in the ice cream line twice, and did not let us use the bathroom because of her notorious prejudice against foreigners.
