Lilie - Bremen — Restaurant in Bremen

This nice restaurant is really warm and has a cozy ambiance; the staff were friendly. Food was delicious with some Mediterranean touch. They have Guinness, Jever and (i guess) a few more beer from tap; relatively wide wine selection. In total, it was a really good dining experience.

Outside seats could be nice for having a couple of drinks and watch the lively street; especially on spring days with blooming tree next to the store.

We went there on wednesday, luckily we could find a table; however somebody had to turn back from the door. It might be good to make a reservation beforehand.

Beautiful place in the heart of Findorff. Great menu with many different options for all palates. Very tasty dishes, well presented and with fair prices. Service is great and all personnel very friendly and accommodating. One negative thing that will probably put me off of visiting again soon is the ambient noise - especially in the main dining area - you cannot even hear yourself speaking. Das einzig Gute an diesem Laden ist die freundliche Bedienung und das Ambiente. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt ziemlich zu wünschen übrig, zumal man für über 10,-€ nicht mal nen Kaffee dazu bekommt (der nicht mal schmeckt). Ziemlich lieblos angerichtet und für das Geld leider keine gute Qualität an Produkten. Außerdem kann man zwei Stunden dort sitzen, ohne dass man vielleicht ein weiteres Getränk bestellen kann, weil die Bedienung nicht wieder an den Tisch kommt. Zum zahlen muss man auch nach vorne zum Tresen. Dafür gibt es bessere Standorte in Bremen, wo all das besser gehandhabt wird, es günstiger ist und auch leckerer Schmeckt. Sehr schade.

Update (2024): Mittlerweile wird man sogar vom Chef persönlich patzig angegangen, weil er falsch serviert hat und mit seinem Team offenbar nicht richtig kommunizieren kann. Er kann mit dem "Stress" nicht umgehen, lässt es wegen seines Egos dann auch noch an den Gästen aus und hält uns hinterher sogar noch nen Vortrag darüber, dass wir Verständnis haben müssen, wenn er sich so unprofessionell verhält. Wo leben wir eigentlich? Zugeständnisse zu machen und sich zu entschuldigen, wäre da der korrekte Weg gewesen. Überhaupt nicht professionell und absolut ungenügend!!! Da gibt's echt bessere Geschäfte. Und da denkst du, gibt's dem Laden noch...
