we actually don’t mind waiting 30-45 min for our food to come out, but waiting for an hour?! 😪🙅‍♀️

aside from Kimchi Jjigae and Tteokbboki, we ordered BBQ Teller for the grill and Calpis for drinks. the Calpis tasted like it was mixed with water. the Kimchi Jjigae was more like a Chinese soup rather than a Kimchi Jjigae. it didn’t taste bad tho. but i would say, do not expect an authentic Korean food if you decide to dine at this place.

the problem was with the BBQ Grillteller. we waited too long, we started grilling kimchi instead (the one we got as side dish). i was about to let it slide, really. but then, i saw the table next to ours already got their BBQ Teller. we came and ordered way earlier than them, but they got their BBQ Teller faster than us? it doesn’t make sense. i suspected they gave our order to the wrong table.

within that one hour of waiting, a few times, we witnessed the waitresses got confused with the orders and table numbers—they themselves were not sure which table number was which. they didn’t even know our table number and asked us instead 😅

since we didn’t want to wait any longer, we decided to leave. still without the BBQ beef…

the person in charge apologized for the mistake and let us go without us paying. i hope in the future, they could improve the hall service and the work efficiency, so this kind of mistake won’t...

The staff is super nice and attentive. Also the atmosphere is welcoming and nothing to complain about. However, if you are looking for Korean style BBQ or authentic Korean food this is not the place to go.

The kimchi jigae was basically kimichi water with some tofu and a few pieces of pork (which was the most flavored dish we ordered). The tteokbokki didn't have much sauce and was not that spicy and slightly acidic. The ribs were not Korean style and was 20 euros for 5 pieces which had barely any meat on it. After spending over 100 euros for two people we both left hungry.

Service was great and the staff was extremely nice so two stars. Food just needs improvement. But happy to see an Asian BBQ in...

Wir waren gestern mit acht Personen zum Familienessen dort und leider war es einer der schlechtesten Restaurantbesuche seit langem. Der Tisch klebte, direkt hinter uns wurden ständig Tabletts und Geschirr auf einen Stapel geworfen, jedes Mal laut und störend, sodass man sich regelrecht erschrak. Hinter uns stand Kram und ein alter Drucker. Da die Reservierung falsch gelaufen ist, mussten wir à la carte bestellen. Das Restaurant spezialisiert sich eigentlich auf Hotpot und Grillgerichte, aber die à-la-carte-Speisen wirkten wie Resteverwertung. Mein Rindfleisch war extrem süß, trocken und geschmacklich ungenießbar, sodass ich es zurückgehen ließ. Die beiden Hühnergerichte bestanden überwiegend aus Gemüse und Hühnerresten mit Haut und Sehnen, dazu kaum Würzung. Zwei Gerichte mit gebratenem Reis bzw. Nudeln ( es fehlte das bestellte Fleisch) waren in Ordnung, aber das bekommt man überall. zwei Gerichte kamen mit Verzögerung von über 10 Minuten. Mehrere Vorspeisen waren so stark mit Mayonnaise und Sauce überdeckt, dass man das Produkt darunter kaum erkannte. Insgesamt hatte niemand von uns das Gefühl, dass hier jemand mit Ausbildung oder Sinn für Aromen kocht. Auch der Service wirkte überfordert und teilweise unprofessionell. Dass ein Mitarbeiter vor Gästen vom Chef als „Katastrophe“ bezeichnet wurde, setzte dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Wir waren alle sehr enttäuscht und können das Restaurant nicht...
